Our story

Chef Konstantinos opened Opa! in 2012

Born in Greece and cooking since 1971, he opened Opa! Mezze Grill with his wife, Katarina. In 2020 it passed to Ionel, a longtime friend of the family, who is half Greek and half Romanian. He kept the Greek classics, made from scratch, and added Balkan dishes like Mititei.
